The Brisbane Premier League is the highest level open league in Brisbane, based at the AJSC in Annerley. The league hosts experienced players on established teams, each with beady eyes fixed on taking out the cup.
BPL occurs on the Annerley Junior Soccer Club fields at the corner of Victoria Terrace and Baron Street, every Thursday from 7:20 (While in season).
Results:
The Autumn 2008 season carries on in the established traditions of BPL, featuring 2 teams from UQ, two teams from the Moreton Bay Buggers, and one each from Rawhide and Dojo Mojo. The 6 teams currently in the running for this season's honours: MBB: Messy Buggers, MBB: Slippery Buggers, Rawhide, Dojo Mojo, UQ Passion and the UQ Lovers. The defending champions are Dojo Mojo over a Buggers outfit.
